New Layout for Counseling Note
A new layout for making a Counseling Note has been designed.
Over time, this new layout will be incorporated into other areas of the program. We think you will find it easier and faster to use and more logical in its design.
We are eager to get feedback from users about this new layout. Please let us know what you think of it.

Pervasive Developmental Disorder
In the History of the Present Illness under "Patient has symptoms of..." Pervasive Developmental Disorder is now supported and replaces the previous button "Autism." Reason for the substitution is that the autistic process shrub has been expanded to include symptoms of both Autism and Aspergers.
Copy Completed Note Into Clipboard
Sometimes a clinician may want to copy the completed note into the clipboard. This is useful, for example, when the user wants to paste the finished note into an email or a word document or into another program, such as an enterprise wide medical record database.
There are now two buttons on the Preview screen. One is called, "Copy text only into clipboard" and the other is called, "Copy complete note into clipboard." The latter button copies the letterhead, the time and date of the note, and the patient's name and unique number and the text of the note.
Unfortunately, there is no way to center the letterhead information. So, if a nicely formatted note with a centered letterhead is important to you we suggest preparing a letterhead ahead of time and then using the first button to copy and then paste just the text of the note into the prepared and properly formatted letterhead.

Eating Disorder Enhancements
The Eating Disorder Shrub has been enhanced with many new shrub buttons. These include a number of buttons which describe indications that in-patient treatment is needed. Also, for bingeing and purging, clinicians can now describe frequency and last occurrence.
Thanks to Puente de Vida in San Diego for these suggestion.
