New support for creating Activity Therapy evaluations and progress notes has been added to ICANotes.
When creating a new or complete Activity Therapy Assessment the expanded material is in the Social History section under the column one button, "Leisure/Activity." This section now reveals new buttons in column two. These buttons allow information to be entered regarding the patient's history of past, present, and planned recreational and leisure activities. Barriers to the enjoyment of leisure activities can be listed and treatment recommendations made.
Activity Therapy progress notes are now part of the Group Therapy section. Group Type now includes an Activity Therapy Group.

Legacy ICANotes
Users whose records were migrated from the old to the new version of ICANotes occasionally find that some records were not migrated. In all instances this occurs because the note was not "completed."
In any case, if there is a need to access the "old" or "legacy" version of ICANotes, please email to support@icanotes.com and tell us your User Name on the old version (which is almost always the same as your current User Name.)
We will then set the program so that the new "Legacy ICANotes" button at the bottom of the small filing cabinet in the Chart Room will open your old copy of the program and give you access to all the records in it.
