Eating Disorder Supported in Progress Note
Eating disorder as a main complaint in an Initial Evaluation has long been supported. Now, it is also supported in progress notes, where the current state of the patient's response to treatment can be recorded. The new button can be found on PN 1 in the section "Symptoms."
The same button shrub is in the HPI in the section "Problem Pertinent ROS." Now, information about an eating disorder can be routinely recorded during an initial evaluation.
