Time Stamp

The time stamp, which has been working erratically, has been fixed. In addition, it is now possible to either include the time stamp on progress notes and/or initial exams or to omit it. However, this preference must be set by us, so if you wish to change your current time stamp settings please send an email to support@icanotes telling us whether or not you want the time stamp on your clinical notes.

As noted in a previous post, you can also set the correct time zone for your office location.

From the Chart Room, push the "Preferences" button in the upper left of the screen. That takes you to the Preferences page where your correct time zone is easily selected.
